How is billing done?
Packages at the agreed fixed price, everything else monthly by hours worked – always via Remoteplatz GmbH. Before we start, you get a quote with a cost cap for your approval. You receive one invoice and an overview of the hours.
Who are the fixed-price packages for?
For SMEs and startups who want to get into AI with one clearly scoped step: an analysis (AI potential audit), a first automated workflow or a hands-on workshop for the team. Larger projects are calculated by the hour.
What does a full-time software engineer cost?
Full-time (40 hours per week, i.e. 160 hours a month) we charge €25 per hour. Part-time or for individual projects it’s €30 per hour.
How does the discount for multiple specialists work?
For every additional software engineer or trainer in the same engagement, you get a 5% discount on the hourly rate.
Are there hidden costs?
No. No placement fee, no recruiting costs. External license or usage costs (e.g. for AI services) are listed separately.
How accurate is the price calculator?
It gives a non-binding estimate based on typical effort. You get a binding quote after the free intro call.
What does a half-day workshop cost?
As a fixed-price package, the in-house AI workshop (4 hours, up to 8 participants) costs €790 net – including tailored preparation, prompt templates and training material. Billed by the hour, it’s €110 per hour plus a flat 2 hours of preparation.
Which currency can I pay in?
The calculator shows guide prices in euros, US dollars, pounds, francs and Saudi riyals. We set the billing currency in the quote.
